THE WORLD IS ON FIRE. LET'S CEASEFIRE
Ashes falling from the sky, It felt like acid rain. The rumbling of distant thunder echo from the mountain ground. Brimstones and fire litter the ghetto playground. An Opaque chant of Madness outburst. A soft whisper of malediction in my pinna. The world feels too loud, too sharp, too wrong, too wicked — I can't catch my breath. I think this must be it — could this be the end? Suddenly I gape at a spark of light and I felt delightful until I realize it was a lie — a bomb in disguise. Anxiety wears my skin, too tight, too hot, too hard to breathe. A blunt knife on the battle ground embed with the organs of my race. My heart race steadily as I witness the fall of my race — the burning of my race.
I couldn't help but to laugh at my race. And I saw blood on my chest, injured by a gunshot. And I laughed even more. I have been hoping for death to end my hollow existence.
And I realize the world is ending too. The world is a cracked mirror — every shard reflects a different Chaos. What am I to do?
And I remember the beautiful children in the playground: James, Gideon, Sylvester, Grace, Joy, Victor, Ada, Bola, Thomas, Kingsley, Chidi, Uche, David, Xavier, and many others the world burnt. The world promised them a spark of hope but all they got was a spark of bullet holes.
Until the world listens... I call ceasefire on my own lungs. One breath. One humanity. One second where I don't burn.

Well articulated! Realistically, do you think humans will ever cease fire?
